Students attending classes are required to wear the correct dance school uniform.

Please ensure all uniform is labelled with your child’s name.

Readiness for class

Pupils should aim to arrive five minutes before class ready to start in full Encore uniform, with correct footwear, without jewellery and with hair tied back.

Fees

Fees are payable termly in advance no later than the second class of each new term. Fees are based on the number of weeks in a term and charged accordingly. Please do not send your child if fees are outstanding, Encore reserves the right to ask pupils to sit out where fees are outstanding. Encore is a no cash School, and all fees are required to be paid via bank transfer (Please contact Encore for payment details). Fees will be reviewed annually, and we will notify you of any intended changes.

Missed Lessons

Regrettably we cannot offer refunds for classes missed by our pupils. If classes are cancelled for teacher absence or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to offer extra sessions during the next school holiday or at the start of the following term. Encore cannot offer refunds for individual classes.

Cancellation

Half a term’s notice is required in writing if a pupil will not be continuing with a class. We will assume each pupil will be continuing with our classes, and fees will be charged accordingly unless we are informed otherwise.
